The Marketing Department manages media inquiries for all dealings of our business. We ask that all members of the media follow the guidelines below:

• Contact the Marketing Department directly for any inquiry or requests to interview the owners, employees, or contract employees.
• Owners, employees, and contract employees must give written permission by signing a CMS Imaging, Inc release form prior to being photographed, interviewed or filmed.
• Onsite interviews must be coordinated in advance, when feasible, to allow time to schedule the appropriate parties.
• All reporters and photographers/videographers must be escorted by a Marketing Department staff member.
